Technical Assistance
From September through January we will be providing in-depth on-site technical assistance (TA) for up to 3 states on both the EOS and CES.
- EOS - TA will consist of 1 day workshops in which participants will be trained in how to implement the protocol within their state’s system to more effectively approach and develop relationships with employers. Example of successful use of the EOS will be provided, and participants will have the opportunity to role play employer interviews.
- CES - One to two day workshops will be provided to selected communities interested in exploring the CES collaboration model. The CES TA will be provided to communities in which a number of agencies agree to attend the workshop and planning sessions. The goal of the TA will be to help the community to develop a specific work plan to create a CES in their local service delivery area. Where possible, video or teleconference planning sessions will be conducted with the community prior to the on-site TA.
Follow-up TA will be available to participating communities via email, telephone and/or other electronic means.
