Sound Mental Health is the largest Behavioral Health Provider in King County Washington State USA. In 2009 the agency provided services to approximately 15, 000 client. Latasha Billups is the Forensic Vocational Coordinator for SMH.

Ms. Billups was born in California and later moved to Utah and Washington State where she received a Master of Arts in Applied Behavioral Health from Bastyr University. She later return to school and received certification for drug and alcohol. Latasha is also an ethnic minority specialist and vocational specialist. For the past 15 years she has worked in Seattle in these fields, providing direct services and as a supervisor of a Forensic ACT team. She is currently employed at Sound Mental Health to assist off of the forensic program with employment outcomes and staff training.
