Dr. Tyra A. Watts, Ph.D., CRC, has professional experience in both the private and public non-profit sectors, working in direct care services and administrative positions. Dr. Watts is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of Memphis and the owner of Tyra Watts Vocational Consulting where she provides training, expert witness services, as well as job placement.

As a vocational consultant, Dr. Watts seeks training experiences and educational opportunities that will improve the understanding and effectiveness in working with culturally different populations. She is committed to helping persons with disabilities become productive members of society with meaningful careers and live independently. Her goal is to provide understanding of multicultural history, policies, laws, practices, and ethics related to rehabilitation and the social impact it has on others.
