**This is the second of four webinars in the Offender Webinar Series: Obtaining Employment Outcomes for Individuals with Disabilities who have Criminal Backgrounds.

This webinar will review the interplay between behavioral health problems and criminal justice involvement, the impacts of “having a record,” community collaboration aimed at successful jail diversion/reentry, and the role of employment, as well as strategies for handling criminal records (e.g., job applications/interviews, federal bonding/tax).

Obtain a basic understanding of the Criminal Justice system as it applies to offenders with disabilities.
